1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

• Malaysia (all states, including Sabah and Sarawak)

​2. Shipping Methods and Fees

• From UK/Paris/USA to Malaysia:

  • Cut of order every 15th of that month

  • Estimated Time of Arrival Malaysia: End of that month

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (air freight)

• Shipping/Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery if you purchase above RM150 ​

  • Purchases below RM50, delivery flat rate RM10

3. Processing Time

• Your orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Pre-order and instalment plan items (e.g., under the RAYA Instalment Plan) follow the specific delivery schedule, such as mid-March for pre-Raya deliveries.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

5. Delivery Issues

• Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

• Additional reshipping fees will apply if a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery or unclaimed item.
