At FromUKBabe Shop, we deliver premium products sourced from the UK, Paris, and the USA using air freight to ensure quality and efficiency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Malaysia (all states, including Sabah and Sarawak)
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
From UK/Paris/USA to Malaysia:
Cut of order every 15th of that month
Estimated Time of Arrival Malaysia: End of that month
Estimated Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (air freight)
Shipping/Delivery Fees
Free delivery if you purchase above RM150
Purchases below RM50, delivery flat rate RM10
3. Processing Time
Your orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Pre-order and instalment plan items (e.g., under the RAYA Instalment Plan) follow the specific delivery schedule, such as mid-March for pre-Raya deliveries.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
5. Delivery Issues
Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
Additional reshipping fees will apply if a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery or unclaimed item.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries to Malaysia, customs clearance is usually handled as part of the shipping process.
Custom customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply for international orders depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At FromUKBabe Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you're unsatisfied, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.
1. Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for a return if they meet the following criteria:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is in its original packaging with tags still attached.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items on sale, clearance, or marked as “Final Sale.”
Customized or pre-ordered products.
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email at fromukbabe@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted if:
The item is returned in an incomplete or slightly used condition.
The return is initiated outside the eligibility period but within reason.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement item, please initiate a return for the original purchase and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement. Product availability subject to the store/outlet.
6. Pre-Ordered or Installment Plan Items
Pre-ordered items (e.g., under the RAYA Instalment Plan) are not eligible for cancellations or returns
Refunds for installment plan items will only be considered for genuine manufacturing defects.
